Campbell to Raiders

This just down from the skins site. Jason Campbell has been dealt to the Raiders. No word yet on what we got for him, but at least he's gone.

Listen, Jason Campbell is a really nice guy I'm sure, and he never had an offensive line to give him a real chance but he simply was not the answer to our long lingering qb problem. Let's hope for positive things.

Redskins trade for Mcnabb

I can't believe it. The Redskins today, for some reason traded this years 2nd round pick and a 3rd or 4th in the 2011 draft for Donovan Mcnabb. I personally do not understand why you would want to pay the kind of money he is due for a quarterback who is clearly far past his prime. I have lobbied for a long time now for the skins to do something about the QB situation, but this is not what I had in mind. I cannot stand the thought of him in a Washington Redskins uniform.

Redskins draft Claussen?

The Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shannahan met with Notre Dame Quarterback Jimmy Claussen today. There is no word yet on how the meeting went, but with the skins having the fourth pick in the first round of this year's NFL draft coupled with their obvious need for a top prospect at the quarterback spot this could be a big sign of what to expect from them with their pick.
